B2B Industrial Inventory Intelligence · Circular Procurement SaaS Platform
ReUseFlow is an innovative and scalable B2B SaaS platform designed to transform how manufacturers and industrial distributors identify, manage and commercialise underutilised industrial inventory. AI-assisted inventory digitisation, technical evidence verification, production-aware matching and an integrated circular procurement marketplace aim to unlock surplus value, reduce procurement inefficiencies and improve resource utilisation.
The public demo uses clearly fictional example data and has not yet been used by real customers.

↳ Candidate for human reviewHidden industrial surplus becomes the starting point.
AI-assisted extraction proposes structured fields. A person confirms them.
Source-linked evidence supports qualified human decisions. It is not certification.
Check compatibility, usable yield and delivered cost. People decide.
A documented path from surplus to circular procurement.
Mission
Vision: a world where every usable industrial material finds its next purpose.
Bring surplus stock and its supporting documents into one clear view.
Check internal needs first. Then connect suitable stock with external demand.
Compare specifications, usable yield and delivered cost before deciding.
SC.01 · The problem
Over-ordering against minimum quantities, cancelled or changed orders, discontinued lines and remnants of large sheets leave usable materials on racks for months.
Existing tools solve half the problem. ERP systems record stock but cannot find a buyer. Listing boards and waste exchanges list materials but do not understand specifications or production fit.

One product, two capabilities
Four core capabilities
Upload spreadsheets or ERP exports, or capture lots by phone from labels and delivery notes. AI-assisted extraction proposes a structured technical record for the material category, and a user confirms it.

Each critical field is linked to its source, such as a datasheet, label photo or delivery note. Completeness is checked against the category template, gaps and inconsistencies are flagged, and the record shows who confirmed each field and when.
Material samples laid out beside technical datasheets and a delivery note.
New requirements are checked against your own surplus before anything is bought or sold. For external demand, hard compatibility rules block unsuitable lots, such as the wrong thickness, grade or moisture class. The rest are ranked by usable yield and delivered cost per usable unit, against the new-material price.

Sellers publish selected lots. Purchase requests, seller confirmation, inspection and acceptance records and delivery coordination with third-party carriers happen in one documented flow. Buyers pay sellers directly. ReUseFlow invoices its own fee and never holds customer funds or goods.

Platform modules
Each customer gets value from its private workspace from day one, before anything is published. That avoids the “empty marketplace” problem of listing-only platforms.
Spreadsheets, ERP exports or phone captures become structured technical records; ageing alerts flag stock at risk.
One reliable view of surplus across sites, less time preparing records, earlier action before stock loses value.
Each critical field linked to its source, checked for completeness, with who confirmed what and when.
Buyers see what is evidenced and what is only declared before they commit. Fewer disputes, faster approvals.
Before anything is bought or sold, new production requirements are compared with your own surplus.
Avoids unnecessary purchases and reduces waste inside the company.
Requirements or cut lists against surplus: hard rules first, then ranking by usable yield and delivered cost.
Buyers find usable material faster; sellers recover value from stock that would otherwise be scrapped.
Published lots, purchase requests, seller confirmation, inspection, acceptance and carrier coordination.
Clear, documented B2B transactions without ReUseFlow holding customer funds or stock.
Reused quantities by material, origin and destination. Estimates only with a documented method.
Evidence for sustainability targets, supplier requirements and public tenders.
Eligible material categories
ReUseFlow handles unused commercial products and materials: surplus, slow-moving and excess stock in defined categories. A new category is mainly a new template (schema, compatibility rules and exclusions), opened only after it has been prepared and reviewed.
MDF, particleboard, plywood, melamine-faced and veneered boards, edging, fittings and components.
Unused plastic sheets, profiles, granulate in original packaging, components.
Sheet, bar, profiles, fasteners and metal components.
Unused rolls of fabric, technical textiles, upholstery materials.
Unused board, packaging materials and paper stock.
*The second category, plastics or metal products, is chosen on pipeline evidence.
Why start with wood panels in Catalonia? A dense regional cluster of panel distributors, processors and furniture, kitchen, office and contract-furniture manufacturers makes matches more likely and keeps delivery distances short.
Items that fail these tests are blocked from publication. By-product and waste cases can be referred to authorised channels such as the Borsa de Subproductes de Catalunya.
Who it is for
What is different
| Typical surplus or by-product marketplace | ReUseFlow |
|---|---|
| Typical surplus or by-product marketplace: Value only appears once many buyers and sellers are active | ReUseFlow: A private inventory workspace is useful to a single company from day one |
| Typical surplus or by-product marketplace: Free-text descriptions and photos, typed in by hand | ReUseFlow: AI-assisted digitisation into a structured category schema |
| Typical surplus or by-product marketplace: Seller declarations taken at face value | ReUseFlow: Each critical field linked to its source; evidence status shown to buyers |
| Typical surplus or by-product marketplace: Keyword search or manual brokerage | ReUseFlow: Hard compatibility rules plus ranking by usable yield and delivered cost |
| Typical surplus or by-product marketplace: Focus on waste and by-products | ReUseFlow: Unused commercial products, captured before they become waste |
| Typical surplus or by-product marketplace: No feedback on outcomes | ReUseFlow: Accepted and rejected matches improve the rules and ranking over time |
| Typical surplus or by-product marketplace: Built for sellers only | ReUseFlow: Built for procurement teams too: requirements, ranked offers, records |
The opportunity
6,719
Spanish manufacturers with 10–99 employees in the eligible categories
2,012
of them in wood products and furniture, the pilot category
285
wood and furniture companies of that size headquartered in Catalonia
€422.5m
spent by Catalan furniture manufacturers on raw materials and supplies in 2024
Company counts are market ceilings, not forecasts. Surplus trade in Spanish manufacturing remains largely informal, so the main competitor is the status quo: brokers, contacts and spreadsheets.

Why now
The Spanish furniture sector’s operating margin fell 2.3% in 2024. Lower-cost, suitable inputs matter.

Customers and public tenders increasingly ask for documented reused or secondary material. Spain’s Green Public Procurement Plan lists furniture among its priority product groups.

Questions
No. ReUseFlow is built for eligible industrial material categories. Wood panels and furniture components are the first pilot category in Catalonia. Plastics or metal products are planned next (from Year 3, chosen on pipeline evidence), then textiles and paper and cardboard. Each category opens once its template has been prepared and reviewed.
No. It handles unused commercial products before they become waste. Anything that is, or may be, classified as waste is excluded and can be referred to authorised channels. ReUseFlow does not take ownership of goods, run warehouses or certify materials.
No. Verification links fields to their sources, flags gaps and records who confirmed what. It supports qualified human decisions; it is not certification. Sellers remain responsible for product conformity information.
No. AI-assisted extraction proposes structured fields; a person confirms them, and a reviewer approves the evidence checklist. Matching shows its reasons so people can judge them.
Sellers publish selected lots, buyers request quotes, and the platform records seller confirmation, inspection and acceptance. Buyers pay sellers directly, carriers are chosen by the trading parties, and ReUseFlow invoices only its own fee.

Production hardening plans EU hosting, tenant isolation tests, multi-factor authentication, an audit log and backups, with GDPR compliance and data processing agreements. You decide what is published.
Reused quantities can be recorded from lot data. Avoided emissions will only be estimated with a published, documented method once a baseline is set. This website makes no impact claims.
